Payroll Charges 2015/16 tax year

Our payroll charges are banded according to the number of employees. We provide payslips foremployees, pay summaries for your records, and notify you of the amount to be paid, and when, toHM Revenue & Customs. (This excludes any Class 1A NIC if we do not prepare P11ds.)

There is a one off initial charge of £63.00 plus £6.30 per employee, to cover the formalities requiredwhen signing up new payroll clients. There will also be a separate one off charge of £46.00 should yourequire us to set up a PAYE scheme on your behalf.

All prices will have VAT applied at the standard rate.

The above prices only cover the standard processing of payroll. They do not include any of the following services:

  • completion of benefit and expenses forms P11d and P9d
  • assistance with Tax Credit Funding
  • completion of BACS forms
  • calculation of annual leave entitlement
  • initial set up of new pension schemes, attachment of earnings orders, tax credits
  • completion of any pension forms
